Brava Awards & Promotions proudly provides Utah's higher education, municipalities, and businesses with professional awards and recognition solutions.
Our services are designed for organizational and bulk orders. We do not engrave personal or individually supplied items. Products for individuals are available exclusively through our Shopify storefront.
Pricing
Quotes
We provide quotes and proofs for all custom pieces. Once we've created an award from you it will be visible for re-order in your Customer Portal at the quoted price.
Discounts
We offer discounts of 5% on orders over $5,000, 10% on orders over $10,000, and 15% on orders over $15,000.
New Customer Onboarding Fee
For first-time clients we have a one-time onboarding fee of $100.
This fee covers:
- Account setup and verification
- Customer Portal setup
- Artwork review and standardization
- Engraving and production specifications
- Workflow setup to ensure repeat orders are accurate and efficient
This process allows us to prioritize long-term partners and maintain service quality for our existing clients
Lead Time & Rush Fees
Our standard production lead time is 10 business days from artwork approval and payment if not on terms. Proofs are typically sent next business day.
While we often ship orders ahead of schedule, we've committed to this timeline allows us to maintain consistent quality, accuracy, and reliability across all orders.
Rush production may be available depending on inventory and capacity. Rush fees apply to production only. Any expedited shipping required will be billed separately at carrier cost. Please contact us before submitting a rush order.
Rush Production Fees
1 Business Day - 200%
2-3 Business Days - 100%
4-5 Business Days - 50%
6-9 Business Days - 10%
Please note we cannot do same-day production.
Example
An order for $1,000 placed on Tuesday for a 3 day rush would cost $2,000.
Proofs would arrive on Wednesday and if approved same day finished product would be shipped on Friday.
