Missionary Plaque

The Missionary Plaque is the perfect way to remember someone while they are serving and becomes a lifelong memento after they return.

This plaque is 8×10 in size and made of a cherry pressed board plaque, which has been our standard Missionary Plaque since 1980. It’s a tradition!

CUSTOMIZE:

Fill out the form below with the information you’d like on the plaque. Make sure to write it exactly as you’d like it to appear.
Please enter the name of your Ward or Stake.
Please write the name exactly as you would like it engraved. Include “Elder” or “Sister” if you want it included on the plaque.
For scriptures, please include the reference text such as “Joshua 1:9” Limit 450 characters.
Accepted file types: jpg, png, tiff, Max. file size: 10 MB.
Upload a profile photo of the missionary here. The image must be in proportion as seen in the product photos. Any photos that are submitted with different proportions will be cropped to fit the portrait space available.
