Personalized Awards, Plaques, and Trophies:
- Due to the custom and personalized nature of our awards, plaques, and trophies, we are unable to offer refunds on finished products.
- However, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and will gladly work to correct any errors or issues with your order.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will review your concerns and work with you to find a solution, such as re-engraving the item or creating a new one.
SWAG Items:
- We do not offer returns on any SWAG items (branded clothing, apparel, and other hard goods).
- This is because these items are often personalized with your logo or branding and cannot be resold.
- We encourage you to carefully review the size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please note:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear or tear.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item.
